What is Montcliffe?

Montcliffe is inspired by British style and focuses on considered, practical design. Each garment is developed with attention to fabric, fit, and construction, making the pieces suitable for everyday wear as well as more refined occasions. The collections draw from established menswear and womenswear influences, emphasising clean lines, balanced silhouettes, and understated detailing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Orders may be fulfilled through our international fulfillment partner and dispatched from our fulfillment facility in China.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver orders only to customers within the United Kingdom.

What is your return policy?

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for normal returns. Approved returns must be sent to our return facility in China. Please contact support before sending any return.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, begin by contacting our customer support team. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. In some cases, we may advise you to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product. If a return is required, the approved return must be sent to our return facility in China. This ensures clear processing and accurate stock handling.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed and encrypted.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Yes. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Montcliffe uses secure checkout technology and never stores your payment details.

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please first check with anyone else at your address and look for a delivery card from the courier. If you still can't locate it, email us at support@montcliffe.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
