1. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within The United Kingdom.

  • The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay

2. Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within The United Kingdom.

We currently deliver orders only to customers within The United Kingdom. Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and complete.

3. Fulfillment and Dispatch Location

Montcliffe is a Netherlands registered business serving customers in The United Kingdom.

Orders may be fulfilled through our international fulfillment partner and dispatched from our fulfillment facility in China.

This does not change the final delivery country. We currently deliver orders only to customers within The United Kingdom.

Customers will receive tracking details by email once the order has been dispatched.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday to Friday after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after your order has been processed, please contact us.
